Governance Structure

The Board of Directors provides overall guidance on Glochem’s sustainability direction and reviews progress against strategic objectives. Sustainability governance is executed through a multi-tier structure that connects corporate leadership with on-ground implementation teams at each manufacturing site.

The Managing Director provides strategic direction, while the EHS & Sustainability Committee drives implementation across sites and monitors progress against company-wide targets.
