Our governance structure ensures that environmental, social, and ethical considerations are integrated into our business strategy, operations, and decision-making processes.
Sustainability oversight begins with the Board of Directors, which reviews sustainability performance and policy updates periodically.
The Managing Director provides strategic direction, while the EHS & Sustainability Committee drives implementation across sites and monitors progress against company-wide targets.
